Here is a 5 hour mixtape of songs made between 1989-1999 by the supergroup "Tha Hit-Men".
Tha Hit-Men were a group of rappers and producers that were signed with the independent label Ichiban Records and started making songs together.
The group consisted of Joe Cooley, Vanilla Ice, Cyco and Rodney O but also had other members like General Jeff, Pookie Duke, Shakespeare the One Man Riot, Pope, DJ Streek, Zero and E-Roc.
These guys were real hustlers and real O.G.s of the rap game but were often overlooked by their peers, which is one of the reasons why they started making music together - to really flex on the haters that said they would fade away. They had real passion for the genre which I think is evident in these songs and the production especially was way ahead of its time.
