Hidden away in a non-descript building in Upper Darby PA, Karl and Ardemiss Ayanian are making some of the best lahmajun in the country. For over 30 years they've been fine tuning their recipe of this beloved Armenian comfort food - sometimes regarded as Armenian pizza. This iconic flatbread topped with a mixture of meat, vegetables and spices can be found in various forms throughout the Middle East.
