It has two method which is mention on video.
1)Go to Start and choose the option for Control Panel.
2)Open User Accounts (if grouped by category, this option will be under the User Accounts and 3)Family Safety category).
4)Click the link to Turn User Account Control on or off.
5)Uncheck the option to Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer.
6)Click OK and restart the computer
