Apple PP Charlotte from Alexander Seleznev
Recipe: 2 apples, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons cornstarch. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes.

Take 2 apples, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons cornstarch.
Peel and chop the apples.
Whisk 2 eggs in a separate bowl, then add 2 tablespoons cornstarch.
Mix the cornstarch and eggs.
Pour the egg mixture over the apples and mix.
Pour the mixture into any baking pan (I use a silicone one).
Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
