윤석열 대통령이 비상계엄 선포 6시간만인 4일 새벽 4시 27분께 용산 대통령실에서 생중계 담화를 통해 계엄 해제를 선언했다.
전날 오후 10시 25분께 같은 방식으로 계엄을 선포한 지 6시간만이다.
President Yoon Suk-yeol declared the lifting of martial law through a live broadcast address from the Presidential Office in Yongsan at 4:27 a.m. on the 4th, just six hours after announcing the state of emergency.
This comes six hours after martial law was declared in the same manner at 10:25 p.m. the previous evening.
