This is one of the best methods out there to fix the lag in GTA 5 on your low end machine
Here's a recap of the steps:
1.Open regedit
2.Go to ”HKEY LOCALMACHINE”
3.Go to ”Software”
4.Look for the ”Intel folder”
5.Create a new key called ”GMM” with caps lock on
6.Inside the created key,create a Dword file called ”DedicatedSegmentSize” make sure the first letter of each word is in capital letters
7.Lastly restart your machine
