Dealing with Emotional Work Environments
Do you find your work environment to be emotionally chaotic?
I recently received a request in the comments on another video about dealing with environments where there is a lot of "emotional overspill," so I wanted to make a video to address that question!
In this video, I present four different tactics to be used, in order, to resolve this challenge. The first two are internal, and the second two are external. Regardless, you've got a flowchart of how to make sure that you end up in an environment with a reasonable degree of interpersonal peace.
