Have you always wanted a windshell anorak that performs? The Stowe would be the perfect companion for you. This Squamish-in-anorak-form excels as a windshell to throw in your pack for those windy summits. It is highly wind resistant with ok breathability.
The anorak configuration is very useful in active use imo as you the 3/4 zip nearly vents as well as a full zip without the two sides of the jacket flapping about.
If only it had a packable pocket of some sort.
