How to Make an Irish Neighbor With Cans
The Irish Neighbor is fairly simple, though it's the technique that will take some practice.
1. Fill your glass halfway with Narragansett Lager.
2. Top with your favorite nitro stout from either tap or can.
3. Wait for the stout to settle on the top.
4. Bottoms up.
As nitrogen is lighter than CO2, the stout with the nitrogen will float on top. The trick is that you need to pour the stout over the back of a spoon SLOWLY so that it doesn't fall to the bottom of the glass and mix directly with the Narragansett Lager. Watch and learn.
