In this tutorial you will learn how to use After Effects to open images that were rendered in ACEScg colorspace withing V-Ray 5. We will go through all the essential settings of how to save out OpenEXR images so that all the required information can be stored. We are also checking out non-destructive ways on how to edit ACEScg images in After Effects so that you can do your changes and then pass it on to the next software
I am using 3ds Max and V-Ray 5 and the techniques here shown require the latest version of V-Ray as older versions do not support ACEScg out of the box.
