Ancient Civilization's Spaceport Discovered in Yakutia
Ethnographer Georgy Tymnetagin writes about Yakutia's airstrips in his book "Keeper of the North." The father of an acquaintance named Pavel Petrovich worked in Yakutia for many years, often flying on the Ust-Maya–Allah-Yun route, and told the author about what he saw. Both settlements are located in southwestern Yakutia, 63 kilometers apart. Each time, he observed a strange "deformation" of the terrain under the wing of the plane, near the spurs of the Dzhugdzhur Range.
