HOW TO GET MYSTERY BOX IN POKÉMON GO
You must first link your Pokémon Go and Home accounts together to get a Mystery Box in Niantic’s mobile game.
In addition, you must also transfer at least one Pokémon Go creature to Home to get a Mystery Box that can lure Shiny Meltan.
It’s said that you need the mobile device version of Home linked to your Nintendo account, and this is easily done by downloading the Home app from your respective mobile store and following the on-screen button prompts when asked to link your account during your set-up after languages and agreeing to the terms of use.
After you’ve linked the mobile version of Home to your Nintendo account, follow the below steps to link Pokémon Go to Home:
Open Pokémon Go
Select the Poké Ball icon on the map in the bottom centre
Proceed to Settings
Scroll all the way down and click Pokémon Home
Select Sign In under Nintendo Account and continue to Nintendo.com
Insert your Nintendo username and password
After you’ve done all of the above, follow the below steps to transfer a Pokémon Go creature to Home:
Open Settings in Pokémon Go
Select Pokémon Home
Click Send Pokémon
Press Continue
Choose the creature you wish to transfer
Confirm your selection and then accept by tapping Transport
Open Pokémon Home on mobile
Press Yes on the Pokémon Go Link message
Select View Transferred Pokémon
Confirm that you want to Receive
Doing all of the above will reward you with a Mystery Box in Pokémon Go, and you activate it by proceeding to your item bag.
