Client Services (debt collector) loses as it did not tell name of current creditor (FDCPA)

The FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) requires debt collectors under Section 1692g to tell the consumer the name of the CURRENT creditor.

Client Services, a debt collector, did not do this and the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals reversed the lower court's decision and ruled in favor of the consumers.
