Ricky Ortiz was one of several new talents drafted onto ECW as part of a new talent initiative. Unfortunately not many of these wrestlers had talent!
Ortiz was a former football player turned wrestler. He did have some charisma and he showed this by waving a towel around and telling people to rally up. This was supposed to be motivational. He beat a few jobbers on ecw before randomly being drafted to smackdown where he lost all his matches in bad fashion. Possibly run of the worst Ring Of The Hawk competitors of all time!
