The project is an alteration and addition to a single family residence. The scope of work includes a major renovation throughout the interior of the existing house. A one story new addition will be added onto the existing structure in the approximate size of 25' 30' with the modifications occurring to the current first floor height as well as second floor headroom. Overall about tripling the size of the existing 1100sf home.
