Khmel introduced BankEx, an open source proof of asset protocol and the blockchain ecosystem built around it. Questions posed by Fintech attendees included "How does BankEx interface with asset liquidity? On a legal standpoint, let's say, I own a token and the mine bankrupts. How do I get my claim?"
