Gourmet Apulian Dinner - Too Expensive?

Here we are in the historic center of Manduria, in the far north of Salento (in the province of Taranto), to try a restaurant recommended by some of you that particularly appealed to me.
The place in question is called "Gusto Primitivo" and is located inside a historic 16th-century building that houses a luxurious 4-star hotel. You can find it at Vicolo I Marco Gatti 11. This pedestrian street is impossible to reach by car unless you're a resident.
Despite the countless positive reviews and the incredibly welcoming and unique atmosphere, as you can see in the video, I wasn't completely blown away by this dinner. Some courses impressed me, while others (in my opinion) weren't up to par.
