ABOUT EIN L AQL:
A collaborative project that consists of the two Alexandrian
artists Bassem Diaa (Oud player, music composer) and Amro
Zidan (electronic producer, music composer).
It is an experimental electronic musical project that is inspired
by the experiences and emotions that the artists have been
through during their upbringing, influenced by the
psychological dimensions of the environment they grew up in.
Connecting the residues of the past and it’s effect on the
present and the future using various methods of music creation
such as improvisation or mere experimentation regardless of
any stereotypical musical templates or restrictions.
