Produced in Denmark, this recording of differently pitched dog barks, arranged via tape-splicing into the familiar winter tune, was originally included as a 75-second portion within a three-song medley released back in 1955 (listen here: • 1955 (first release) Singing Dogs - P... ). The longer 1971 single was created by ‘copy-pasting’ to the end an additional run-through of the song.
