This is merely a parody (which is protected by Section 30A of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as of 1 October 2014) based off the series of video game franchise - Oddworld as developed by Oddworld Inhabitants.
The Abe character and the audio, taken from the BBC One TV program, Walk On The Wild Side, are the property on their respective owners, this is merely a parody for entertainment purposes.
