Please be advised that the Annual PARTNERS Meeting of BAYANIHAN PH (The Company) for the year 2024 will be conducted live and via remote communication/online on AUGUST 16, 2024, from 2 PM onwards Venue TBA. Stockholders who wish to participate in the proceedings may do so by registering online.

✅ Approval of minutes of the Annual Stockholder's Meeting help August 26, 2023
Management Report
✅ Adoption of the Audited Financial Statements of the calendar year ended December 31. 2023, as contained in the Annual Report
✅ Ratification of all previous acts and proceedings of the Board of Directors, officers, and management;
✅ Amendment of Articles and By-laws
Election of New members of the Board of Directors

✅ Adjournment
Only stockholders of record at the close of business hours on AUGUST 9, 2024 are entitled to notice of, and vote at the meeting.

The minutes of the last Annual Stockholder's Meeting held on August 26, 2023, and the Audited Financial Statement of 2023 is available at the website of the company and will be appended to the information statement that will be distributed or disseminated to all stockholders as of the record date

Following the pre-registration and subject to validation procedure, please submit the original proxy form/s no later than AUGUST 09, 2029, WE ARE NOT ASKING FOR A PROXY AND YOU ARE NOT REQUESTED TO SEND ONE. validation of the proxies is set for AUGUST 09, 2024 at 2:00 pm.
