Making a Discord bot with Discord.js - Javascript - Node.js
With the NPM package, Discord.js, I make a command based Discord bot. Commands accept parameters, I show a full-fledged mute command example, and I do a quick walkthrough on the Discordjs documentation.
ATTENTION. Discord.js updated to v12, so some aspects of this tutorial will no longer work if you use v12. You will need to install Discord.js v11. by running "npm install [email protected] --save", then you can follow the tutorial perfectly fine. Although if you refer to documentation, you will need to refer to v11's documentation.
