INGREDIENTS
▢ 1 pound Italian sausage
▢ 12-ounce tube refrigerated Pillsbury Grands Jr. Biscuits
▢ 15-ounce jar of marinara sauce
▢ 2 ounces sliced pepperoni
▢ 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees, and spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
2. In a large skillet, crumble and brown the sausage. Remove and drain on a paper towel to remove grease.
3. Cut each biscuit into eight pieces.
4. In a large mixing bowl, combine marinara with cut-up biscuits. Add the cooked sausage, and stir to combine.
5. Spread the mixture into the prepared casserole dish.
6. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and sliced pepperoni.
7. Bake uncovered for about 25-30 minutes or until biscuits are cooked through, and edges are nicely golden brown.
