KR - Skill rune previews (12/07/17) "Avalanche OP"

Brilliant buff to Mana Bolts for PvE with the Avalanche skill rune. Otherwise Flame Armor has seen another re-vamp with a large damage increase in Crystal Armor.
Chilling Arrows and Ice Blasting Shot now create a very solid water basic attack build for archers. Chilling Arrows is the essential one here.
Then Freezing Rage is a handy extra boost for those high level knights with 99 skill points in Enrage. It fits nicely with a water build but isn't something special.
The other skills runes are simply water alternatives which give the classes more flexibility. I like what they've done and look forward to them being released for free in the future.
