You don’t even need a cherry pitter to can cherries! But I will say, after pitting 4 lbs of cherries with a straw, my hands were tired 😅
But I canned 4 lbs of cherries with a cheap pot, a plastic straw, and one of my jars was an old spaghetti sauce jar I washed and saved because I hate to throw things away 👌 and it was all done while my 3 yr old took a nap.
