Welcome to the Introduction to 3D Programming course!
In this two-week tutorial series, you will be introduced to Rhino3D for digital modeling, Grasshopper for parametric modeling, Python inside Rhino3D, Google Colab, OpenCV, and ComfyUI. The last videos of this series will cover design visualization including drawing and diagramming techniques in Rhino3D with the Adobe Creative Suite, as well as rendering for Keyshot.
In this eighth video of the series, I will demonstrate how to interact with Rhino3D objects inside Python using the rhinoscriptsyntax library, including exercises on Python Loops drawing curves and surfaces defined mathematically referencing the works of Joseph Choma in his text "Morphing: A Guide to Mathematical Transformations for Architects and Designers".
