Presenting Connie Saunders' PCA&D thesis, 3D Man! 3D Man is about two soon-to-be high school graduates, Dude and Bro, that encounter a man who is on a different dimensional plane than them. The spiky haired red-head seems to be unbothered by him, but the other boy is not so much.
