Integral Magnetization of Permanent Magnet Rotor of 2.5MW Wind Turbine
The rotor diameter of the permanent magnet wind turbine exceeds 4.3 meters and the height reaches 1.5 meters. It has a total of 84 permanent magnet poles, each of which is assembled from more than 20 magnetic steel blocks.
Based on the overall magnetization technology, the poles can be assembled from unmagnetized magnetic steel blocks. The overall magnetization of the poles is carried out through pulsed strong magnetic field equipment, which reduces the difficulty of assembly and improves the assembly accuracy. The production efficiency is increased by more than 8 times compared with the traditional manufacturing process, and safety is also guaranteed.
