Volgograd woman brought the first "trophy" from a photo hunt to the reg operator
A resident of Volgograd recorded a video of dumping construction waste in the Sovetsky District. The city resident sent confirmation of the violation to the regional operator EcoCenter by email. This is the first "trophy" in the framework of the environmental campaign announced the day before. It is reported that the eco-violator was caught in the act twice.
The man brought large pieces of concrete in a crossover and unloaded them on the ground in the Sovetsky District along Perekopskaya Street. As a result, a dump of construction waste was formed several meters from the container site, - they said in EcoCenter. - The incident was recorded on video on September 9 at 16:30. On this day, a local resident filmed this violator twice. She was not afraid to stop, make a remark, write down the fact of dumping waste and the state license plate of the violator. – I drove up and filmed the first video, told him to take away the trash and then I wouldn’t send it anywhere, on the way back I saw that he had brought another car and had already removed the state license plates, and was also rude, – the author of the video explained.
As promised earlier, the author of the video will receive a reward from the regional operator in the amount of 500 rubles.
– Video materials for holding the violator accountable will be sent to the Volgograd Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Committee for Natural Resources and Ecology of the Volgograd Region, – they assure in the EcoCenter.

Only photos and video materials that meet the requirements will be considered: recording the moment of waste dumping, the state license plate of the vehicle used to commit the violation. It is necessary to provide reliable information about the date, place, time of the fact of waste dumping.
