Matariki Celebration at Learning Links Childcare
This year, we celebrated Matariki at Learning Links Hector Drive with our whanau and ngā tamariki.
We focused on the whetu, Hiwa-i-te-rangi (which grants our wishes and releases our aspirations). To incorporate this into our celebration we collected our families goals and shared our own ones for this year.
Ngā tamariki also gave a great performance to their audience before we had a shared kai to end this fabulous evening.
