Arrest Return Visit/Follow Up. (JTA/JSO)
December 2020, Jacksonville Florida. Jacksonville Transportation Authorities LaVilla Station.
Back in December of 2020 I was unlawfully arrested by Officers of the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office (JSO) under the direction of a public official with the Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) at JTA’s LaVilla Station located in downtown Jacksonville, Florida. Only to be un arrested and un trespassed about 30 minutes later. Sadly I have not been able to take legal action against JSO or JTA because the attorneys I have talked to claim that there aren’t enough damages to justify a civil rights law suit. However, I disagree with those attorneys and I am still trying to find the right attorney to pursue legal action.
This video is of a May 2023 return visit and Civil Rights Investigation to see if any lessons have been learned by the public servants with JTA and JSO.
