SOLVING WIFI PROBLEMS. THE Wi-Fi PROFILE DOES NOT MATCH | WINDOWS 10
Windows uses the Wi-Fi profile to save the necessary settings to connect to a Wi-Fi network. This configuration includes the type of network security, the key, the network name (SSID) and other details. If you can not connect to a Wi-Fi network that you could connect to before, it's possible that the configuration of that network has changed or that the profile is corrupted.
1. Select the Wi-Fi Network icon on the right side of the taskbar, and then select Network and Internet Settings. (0:20s)

3. Select the network you want to forget and then choose Forget. (1:07s)
