Self Confidence and The Struggle...
The other day I had a day which was... a hard day. Made a video, pep talk to myself kind of thing. yes it's in vertical, i don't know why i did that. maybe thought it woudl be a 1 min vid but then it went on a long time.
Everyone struggles from time to time.
I felt better the next day!
