It allows for easier storage, transportation, and utilization of hydrogen. Hydrogen liquefaction, however, requires extreme cooling.
Plug Power is creating a green hydrogen ecosystem that uses renewable energy which consists of 15 hydrogen liquefaction plants. Our turboexpander helps them generate cooling power, which gives temperatures as low as -253°C for their processes.
