The DEA has adopted a new protocol for the sit up portion of the PTT. I think, but do not yet know, if this applies to the FBI as well. The most important thing you can do to prepare is to be able to comfortably pass your PT. I also give some insight on my recent job interviews and hopefully give you some insight on the structured interview.
