Even without Photoshop or an app that handles transparent backgrounds, you can insert a signature image file into a document and then use [Edit Photo] to make the background transparent.
Uncheck "Apply to adjacent area only" in [Edit Photo] to remove the backgrounds inside the "ㅁ" and "ㅇ" characters at once.
