This is a final and full guide on absolutely everything you need to know about playing Discipline in PvP in WoD season 3.

So yeah, I wanted to write up a really cool description about how Disc feels right now and how it plays and why I'm taking a break and so on but I just find that you guys want to learn if you clicked on this video, and that's what you're here for, not my depressing whining.
So onto the point of disc. Let's explain talent choices.
Tier 1: Always Guise. Why? Because it's just so damn good. It creates momentary LoS, thus cancelling the casting of anyone who's targeting you, letting you go invisible for fears.. it's a very versatile spell. If you want, I can make a video explaining all the usages of guise.
Tier 2 - Feather/B&S
Feather is the default choice
Tier 3 - Surge/Bender
Surge of Light when... you are expecting a short, fast paced match. This has become the default choice in S3 as it pairs amazingly with Spirit Shell and the generally faster pace of games. I didn't have a match when Mindbender would be a necessity since S3.
Mindbender when... you need mana (all longer matches)-
Tier 4 - Psychic Scream/Void Tendrils
ALWAYS PICK SCREAM. Against TSG, pick void tendrils if your team mates don't have many roots.
Tier 5 - All are viable UPDATE: Spirit Shell is really really good in S3. Use it as a default.
Twist of Fate if... everyone is going to be dipping low. Example: against WLS/RLS. Also very good against bursty comps that don't have long CC Chains ex. TSG.
Power Infusion if... You need an extra burst cooldown. DO NOT USE IT TO SAVE MANA FOR CHRISTS SAKE JUST GUISE AND GET A DRINK.
Spirit Shell if... the enemy team will CC you for dayzzz. Ex. Mages/Hunters. I pretty much always pick this against mages.
Tier 6 - Divine Star
I mean the rest are like 1000% out of question. This is the only instant spell in the tier, you will never use any others. I mean people say maybe Cascade in RBGs buuut I prefer star all day every day.
Tier 7 - Saving Grace
Saving Grace is love, Saving Grace is life.
If you ever see a Disc in arena using Clarity of Will laugh manically as you dispel it.

Arena 1,2,3 (replace arena1 with arena2 and 3 respectively.)

Note: I also use macros for targeting myself and party members. You can make those with a basic /tar party1 or party2 or player for yourself.

CC Macro (A bit more complicated. What it does is it casts Scream if you press the button without modifiers, My Pandaren racial (Quaking Palm) if you press shift (Note: IF you're not pandaren, make it cast shackle undead instead), and it casts Shackle Undead with ctrl. I have seen variations of this macro use another modifier to cast it on the DK pet, Ebon Gargoyle, but I dont find that too necessary.)
