Refreshing fruit cake with strawberries. A simple recipe.
RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS
Mix 4 egg whites, gradually add yolks with constant mixing. Add baking powder and vanilla sugar, 100 ml milk, 100 ml oil, 250 g sugar, 250 g flour. Mix everything well and pour into the mold.
Wash and cut 500 g of strawberries.
Boil 400 ml of milk in another bowl.
Combine the vanilla pudding, 3 tablespoons of sugar and 100 ml of milk, and stir into the boiled milk.
Soak the baked crust with boiled sugar and water. Spread the pudding on the crust, then arrange the strawberries on top of the filling.
Boil 500 ml of water and 2 toppings for the cake, then cool and pour over the strawberries.
