Jumper Rant : T16 pro total failure and 170 dollars down the drain
Jumper arrived almost by surprise on the markt of RC radios and was expected to become the new star in town which would finally bring THE alternative to the disloyal FrSky brand behaviour toward its user community.
Unfortunately my experience of the Jumper T16 Pro radio, announced as the "Taranis killer" (both in functionality and price), is of the worst kind and has something in it that ressembles a total scam and a rip-off.
Jumper does not stand by its products, does not replace my radio which was brand new, never used and for which I provided video recorded prrof of all possible remediations : software (firmware upgrades) and hardware (motherboard replacement, flat cables replacement).
In short I was ripped-off by 170 dollars by Jumper for a radio that I can just throw in the garbage can or use as a paper weight.
