I never thought I'd have the nerve to share this. This is one of many many times that I was gaslit, belittled, and reprimanded for trying to protect my child from his first bully. I know for a fact this needed to come out. The healing work is never done. Sometimes it hits you like a tonne of bricks almost 7 years after you initially leave.
