How to Create Drop Caps in PowerPoint 2021
There's no easy way to create drop caps in PowerPoint, but here's a hack that works.
1. Cut and paste the first letter. Re-size it and make it 3 line heights tall. Position it in front of your paragraph.
2. Highlight the first paragraph and give it some indentation.
3. For any text that's now sitting below the third line, put your cursor in front of it and click 'Return' to make it a separate paragraph. Now highlight it and remove the indentation.
4. Remove any paragraph spacing between these two sections so they are flush, as if they are one paragraph.
