Hey everyone! Today, I’ll show you just how easy it is to measure the oil pressure on your TDV6 or SDV6 Land Rover diesel engine. I’ve been investigating a ticking noise coming from the engine bay, and I want to rule out low oil pressure as a possible cause. I’ll walk you through the exact tools you need, how to connect the pressure gauge, and what pressure readings you should expect at idle and 3,500 RPM.
