How to stop antimalware service executable from high cpu and ram usage.

1) Type regedit in the search box -- right click and run as administrator to launch the Registry Editor.

2)Go to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWARE / Policies / Microsoft / Windows Defender

3) Right click on Windows Defender -- select New -- DWORD 32bit
Double click the newly created DWORD -- name it DisableAntiSpyware -- set the value to 1

That's it ! It disappeared from task manager ! :D
