A few things thing i forgot to mention
In the spectator cam you can use "Ctrl + Scroll Wheel" to increase/decrease your cameras sensitivity to being turned.
In the spectator cam you can also use "Shift + Scroll Wheel" to increase/decrease the speed of the camera for slow pan shots or fast pan shots.
Using "Ctrl + Z" Whilst looking at another ship you are able to set "Auto Dampeners" for the tandem flight i featured briefly that wasn't replay tool.
