"Chanakya heads towards the Magadha kingdom after the demise of Puru and Lachi in 323 BC. Bhairav suspects Dhananand's intentions and alerts Chanakya. He informs Bhairav that he has no other options left. Amatya Rakshas alerts Chanakya that he should not enter the court room of Dhananand. He appreciates Amatya Rakshas's concern but declares that for the sake of his motherland, he will meet Dhananand. Later, Dhananand makes Chanakya sit in the middle of his courtroom. Elsewhere, Chandragupta tricks a businessman with the help of his friends and gets in possession of some coins.
चाणक्य 323 ईसा पूर्व में पुरु और लाची के निधन के बाद मगध साम्राज्य की ओर बढ़ते हैं। भैरव को धनानंद के इरादों पर शक होता है और चाणक्य को सचेत करता है। वह भैरव को बताता है कि उसके पास और कोई विकल्प नहीं बचा है। अमात्य राक्षसों ने चाणक्य को चेतावनी दी कि वह धनानंद के दरबार में प्रवेश न करें। वह अमात्य राक्षसों की चिंता की सराहना करता है लेकिन घोषणा करता है कि अपनी मातृभूमि की खातिर, वह धनानंद से मिलेंगे। बाद में, धनानंद चाणक्य को अपने दरबार के बीच में बिठाते हैं। कहीं और, चंद्रगुप्त अपने दोस्तों की मदद से एक व्यापारी को बरगलाता है और कुछ सिक्कों को अपने कब्जे में ले लेता है।
