Ransomware Email Example 2016 May
Short video showing you what a real ransomware type email looks like when you get one. This is just one example of many that are out there, and this one is easy to spot. I show you what to look for that makes it a suspicious email which should not be clicked or opened, or file download initiated through the link.
I do not go through the motions of downloading the file to get infected, just showing the email.

The email did not really originate from this person in real life. It is a spoofed email, taken from what appears to be legitimate sources. That's what hackers do, they try and look legit.
