Many people want to help in the disaster in East Tennessee and Western North Carolina but have no knowledge of how simple things work nor do they have any survival skills at all and then wind up being the ones that need rescuing. Some are even coming out with more selfish reasons just to make YouTube videos for views and I even saw one wearing flip-flops
