Crowfall - Animation Canceling and Skill Ceiling - How Much is Too Much? (Crowfall Gameplay)

ACE has recently removed almost all animation canceling mechanics from Crowfall. Now if you cancel an animation with another ability it will cancel the previous ability. This brings up an interesting argument with skill gaps and how much skill gap there should be between a veteran player and a newer player. Too little skill gap makes player skill progression not as satisfying. Too much means your game is very inaccessible to new players. What do you guys think?
