UTC Clock Adjustment Synchronous Source on Board Ship
The UTC clock on board the ship also needs to be corrected and adjusted (de-synchronized) to the current time, so that with the same time, there are no delays or early start times in the ship's time records (cargo operation records, maneuvering time, time sheets, etc.).
