1-Minute Prayer for those Struggling with Anger
Heavenly Father, we come before you to pray for those struggling with anger. Where there is turmoil, we ask for your peace.
Holy Spirit, we beseech you to guide them in their journey. Instill in them the virtues of patience and self-control. In moments of rage, let your calming presence be their solace.
Lord, we ask for the wisdom to respond, not with harsh words that wound, but with gentleness that heals. In their struggle, remind them of your infinite mercy and grace.
Inspire them to extend the same forgiveness to others that you have generously given us. In moments of anger, let them find the strength to pause, to breathe, and to pray.
May they find in you, Lord, a refuge from the storm of their emotions. Amen.
